You’ll join a community of mums on a chatroom for swapping stories, tips, motivation & advice. You’ll also hear from Beth throughout the challenge to keep momentum going!

Dance Fitness Classes in Pocklington, York
Movefit Mama In-Person Classes are currently held every Monday night from 7.30pm at the Mile, Pocklington YO42 1TW.
With no mirrors, club vibes, and loud AF iconic bops – it’s the night off every mum deserves.
Learn beginner friendly moves, that blend dance fitness and bodyweight strength training and dance it out with a room full of women who just get it.
All classes are pay as you go – no block booking or dance experience necessary!
