Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. All of our products are made to order and printed specifically for each customer. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
As our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges because:
- You changed your mind.
- You ordered the wrong size, colour, or design.
- You no longer want the item after it has been produced.
Please check all sizing information and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the problem.
- Clear photographs showing the issue.
Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate the shipment and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Because orders are sent to production shortly after they are placed, cancellations or changes can only be made before production begins. Please contact us immediately if you need to amend or cancel your order. Once production has started, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.
UK Consumer Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers normally have the right to cancel online purchases within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.
As all of our products are printed to order, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period once production has begun.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your goods are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to the remedies available under UK law.

We aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or if you have another issue with your order, please contact us at admin@movefitclub.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide the appropriate return instructions if a return is required.
Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted or eligible for a refund.
